On October 12th, we hosted an all day demonstration by Rolly Munro from New Zealand. Rolly started the day off by talking through a slide show of some of his works which set the scene for the day. Rolly then turned a vessell which he used to show how to plan the shape, and the feet. Following on from there, he showed a range of carving and cutting tools, some of which he had made himself and then proceeded to use the tools to carve and texture the vessel, finishing up with a few colouring techniques and a Q&A at the end.
