The theme for the June (Summer) competition was plain turned bowls with no colouring and no embelishment/carving/texturing. There were twenty entries, beating the March record of eighteen entries. Keep those entries coming!

The next competition will be judged in September and the theme is something for the kitchen that isn’t a bowl (as we have just had bowls!). Get your thinking caps on and get making!

As we are a woodturning club, we expect the entries to have a significant element of turning but other skills/methods can be used as long as the entry meets the theme.
